We’re looking for a highly organised Project Planner to support the delivery of store projects, pop-ups, and concessions. Reporting to the Senior Store Project Manager, you’ll coordinate project activities, produce high-quality CAD and space planning drawings, and ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, and to brand standards.
Key Responsibilities:- Coordinate store projects from planning through to completion
- Maintain project schedules, documentation, and cost tracking
- Produce accurate 2D AutoCAD drawings and 3D SketchUp models
- Develop space plans, layouts, and technical drawings
- Conduct site surveys and ensure compliance with Building Regulations
- Liaise with internal teams, retail brands, and external partners
- Minimum 3 years’ experience in a CAD-based technical role (retail/architectural preferred)
- Strong AutoCAD (2D) and 3D modelling skills (SketchUp or similar)
- Detail‑oriented, organised, and confident managing multiple projects
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
