Job Purpose We are looking for a highly creative, organised, analytical and strategic-thinking Paid Media Specialist.
This role involves managing the growth, execution and optimisation of Paid Social campaigns across Meta, Tik Tok, Pinterest and Reddit.
You will play a key role in driving revenue, profit and brand growth through these channels.
As a hands‑on specialist with strong analytical capabilities, you will focus on measurement, analysis and performance while collaborating closely with both internal and external stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities Own the end-to-end planning, execution, optimisation and reporting of global Paid Social campaigns across Meta, Tik Tok, Pinterest and Reddit, driving performance across UK, US and ME markets.
Partner with agencies to optimise campaigns, manage budgets, forecast KPIs and deliver against revenue, profit and brand objectives.
Lead creative strategy and asset management across Paid Media, working closely with internal creative teams and external partners.
Drive testing, experimentation and AI integration across campaign processes, CRO initiatives and audience, creative and campaign optimisation.
Monitor channel performance through regular reporting and analytics, sharing actionable insights to inform future marketing and creative decisions.
Build strong cross‑functional relationships across Digital Marketing, Organic Social, Influencer, Trade and Creative teams to deliver a joined‑up digital strategy.
Knowledge, Skills & Experience 3–5 years' experience in Paid Media or Digital Marketing, ideally within retail e Commerce or luxury.
Hands‑on experience across Meta Ads Manager, Tik Tok Ads Manager, Facebook Commerce Manager, GA4, Excel and Power BI.
Strong analytical mindset with experience managing budgets, forecasting KPIs and using data to optimise campaign performance.
Proven ability to manage agency relationships, creative delivery and cross‑functional stakeholder engagement.
Experience working with CRO initiatives, feed management and a continuous test‑and‑learn approach.
Previous line management experience with excellent presentation, communication and organisational skills.
