Founded in 1875, our long history has been built on innovation, craftsmanship and above all, incredible talent. Born from the adventurous spirit of our founder, Arthur Lasenby Liberty, we remain true to our heritage. From our fulfilment centres to our flagship store, passion, vision and dynamism are part of our DNA – and that extends to our team.

At Liberty, we believe Home is more than a category. It’s an expression of lifestyle, creativity, and brand identity. We are looking for a commercially driven, strategic professional to lead and grow our multi-category Home business, spanning textiles, tableware, kitchen, and gifting. This is a unique hybrid role combining Category Brand Management and Business Development, where you’ll shape strategy, drive execution, and expand our global presence through partnerships and licensing.

You’ll turn insights into action, anticipate customer needs, and ensure collections launch seamlessly while driving growth of the Liberty brand worldwide.

What You’ll Be Doing:

  • Product Strategy & Execution: Define and deliver the commercial strategy for Home, including pricing, assortment, and launches. Partner across product, marketing, and sales to drive performance. Oversee launches across e-commerce, retail, and marketing channels.
  • Collection Planning & Delivery: Collaborate with Design and Product Development to shape seasonal assortments. Own the critical path from concept to launch, ensuring on-time, in-full delivery. Proactively manage risks and keep teams aligned to timelines.
  • Market Readiness & Performance: Develop commercial briefs and product messaging. Support global rollouts with tools, insights, and product knowledge. Share performance insights to optimise engagement across markets.
  • Cross-Functional Leadership: Lead product presentations and seasonal training. Drive process improvements and team collaboration. Monitor competitors and market trends to inform strategy.
  • Business Development & Partnerships: Support the development of global partnerships and licensing opportunities within Home and hospitality. Contribute to strategic analysis and board-level recommendations. Collaborate with partners on marketing campaigns and activations to maximise revenue.

About You:

  • 5 years’ experience in merchandising or category management.
  • Experience in luxury home textiles and/or home accessories.
  • Strong commercial mindset with the ability to translate insights into action.
  • Proven project management and cross-functional coordination skills.
  • Proactive, solutions-focused thinker with strong attention to detail.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
  • Genuine passion for product and customer experience.

If you have an eye for luxury textiles and the commercial wit to scale an icon, we invite you to become part of our story.
