We are looking for a highly organised, analytical, and strategic-thinking International Growth Executive. Expanding our international presence is a core objective for the business, and this is an exciting opportunity to be at the forefront of that growth in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment. This role will focus on managing and optimising the international e-commerce proposition, including operations and logistics, while working collaboratively across internal teams.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead site testing, pricing, and product strategy for international markets, aligned to business priorities, logistical considerations, and profitability goals.
  • Support the development and execution of the international growth strategy.
  • Assist in forecasting key trade metrics across international markets.
  • Deliver regular trade reporting and analyse performance across the full international customer journey.
  • Manage the third-party international e-commerce provider, optimising performance and ensuring alignment with business goals.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally to share insights and drive continuous improvement.
  • Identify and propose new international growth opportunities to drive performance.
  • Support the UK trade team with international trading improvements and content updates.
  • Partner with Digital Marketing to ensure international paid media activity is aligned and optimised.
  • Conduct regular site checks to identify and resolve issues, continuously improving the customer experience.
About You
  • Digital Marketing or E-commerce: 2–3 years’ experience.
  • Strong interest in luxury fashion and the digital landscape.
  • Proficiency in Excel, Google Analytics, and Power BI.
  • Commercial mindset with an entrepreneurial and creative approach.
  • Understanding of international market nuances.
  • Highly analytical with strong attention to detail.
  • Organised and able to manage tight deadlines and fast turnarounds.
  • Proactive, curious, and solutions-oriented.
  • Confident working with cross-functional teams and external partners.
