Your Role:
- Managing the delivery of the work onsite, working on hot water cylinders, solar thermal systems and heat pumps
- Undertake general central heating system repairs
- Organising labour and materials
- Carrying out onsite supervision providing technical and practical support
- Fault Finding analysis, maintenance and repairs to commercial and domestic heating systems
- Installation and upgrading work to respective heating, sanitation, plumbing and HVAC equipment on a planned and reactive basis to ensure that systems are operating safely and efficiently
- Document works using your PDA
- Report accidents, near-miss events, and potential hazards
- Handle any additional maintenance tasks within your remit
- Be flexible in working with a wide range of customers, adapting to their needs and schedules
What We Need from You:
- ACS qualifications: CCN1, HTR1, CKR1, CENWAT
- Domestic plumbing NVQ Level 2/3 or City & Guilds equivalent
- Proven Air Source Heat Pump/multi fuel experience
- A full UK driving license
- Flexibility and a positive attitude towards varied work and schedules
- Excellent customer service skills with experience working with the public
- A solid understanding of gas legislation and regulations
- Strong knowledge of Health & Safety practices and working to best standards
- Ability to manage your time and workload independently
- Additional qualifications (water regulations, Solar, RFQ L3, F-Gas) are desirable
