We’re looking for a Digital Trading Assistant to support the day-to-day trading of our e-commerce site. This role is central to ensuring products are live, content is accurate, and the site is optimised to drive performance.

Working closely with teams across buying, merchandising, marketing, and content, you’ll help deliver a seamless on-site experience while supporting trading activity and campaign execution.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Uploading products daily and making sure all details are accurate and live on time
  • Maintaining product categories, filters, and navigation to ensure a smooth customer journey
  • Checking that all product content (images, pricing, descriptions, attributes) meets brand standards
  • Using CMS tools to update product pages, category pages, and homepage content
  • Carrying out regular site checks to fix errors and maintain overall site quality
  • Supporting weekly trade activity and seasonal campaigns
  • Setting up promotions, pricing updates, and campaign pages
  • Merchandising categories to highlight newness, trends, and key products
  • Completing post-launch checks to ensure everything is working as expected
  • Monitoring key site metrics such as conversion, product views, and sell-through
  • Supporting daily reporting and flagging any risks or opportunities
  • Helping optimise product listing pages (PLPs) to improve performance
  • Updating ‘New In’ and homepage content in line with trading priorities
  • Flagging UX issues such as broken links or incorrect tagging
  • Supporting testing and improvements with UX and tech teams
  • Keeping an eye on competitors and sharing relevant insights
  • Supporting ad-hoc campaigns and handling last-minute updates to ensure smooth launches
About You:
  • Previous experience in e-commerce, digital trading, or content management
  • Strong attention to detail and organisation
  • A commercial mindset with an interest in online trading
  • Comfortable working with CMS platforms and performance data
  • Proactive, adaptable, and able to work at pace
