Liberty is seeking a CRM Manager to lead the global customer strategy, turning data and insight into actionable strategies for engagement and customer loyalty. You will oversee the Liberty Collective and The Beauty Drop programs, enhancing customer retention and maximising lifetime value.

The ideal candidate will have proven retail experience in designing and delivering customer-focused CRM strategies, strong analytical skills, and a deep understanding of customer segmentation, campaign execution, and team management.

Please note, this is a maternity cover contract.
