We are seeking an Executive Assistant to support our Managing Director and Design Director, playing a pivotal role at the heart of the business. This is a highly trusted, fast-paced role for someone who thrives on organisation, discretion and proactive problem-solving. You’ll be responsible for ensuring day-to-day operations run seamlessly while acting as a key connector between leadership, store teams, suppliers and cross-functional departments.
Key Responsibilities:- Managing complex diaries and scheduling across multiple time zones.
- Overseeing inbox management, prioritising communications and handling responses where appropriate.
- Coordinating domestic and international travel, including flights, accommodation and itineraries.
- Managing Egencia bookings and travel administration.
- Processing invoices, expenses and maintaining accurate financial records.
- Supporting new starters, contracts and onboarding for employees, contractors and consultants.
- Organising internal and external events, meetings and room bookings.
- Coordinating guest and personal travel where required.
- Maintaining tax calendars, stationery supplies and general office administration.
- Supporting global sales coordination and cross-functional communications.
- Acting as a key point of contact between leadership, internal teams and external partners.
- Proven experience as an Executive Assistant or Senior PA, ideally supporting senior leadership.
- Exceptional diary, inbox and travel management skills.
- Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously.
- High level of discretion and confidentiality.
- Confident communicator, able to build trusted relationships across all levels of the business.
- Proactive, adaptable and solutions-focused, with a strong sense of ownership.
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, ever-changing environment.
