This is your chance to earn ÂŁ30,263.00 per annum, plus at least ÂŁ4k in OTE per annum!

We have an opportunity for a Painter and Decorator based in and around Ellesmere Port. Please note, you may be required to work further afield as the contract demands.

Your Role as our Painter and Decorator:
- Undertaking full painting and decorating duties.
- Burn off old paintwork from windows, doors, fascia and soffits.
- Paint new timber, prior to going to site.
- Stain external hardwood doors and windows.
- Competent in all aspects of painting/decorating and with experience of maintenance work on domestic properties, including high rise blocks for general repairs and refurbishments.
- A background of general painting work and be able to work in confined spaces.
- Experience working in social housing.
- A current driving licence is essential.
- Skilled workers will hold a CSCS card, have asbestos awareness and their own tools.
