Responsibilities for this Business Support Administrator role are:
- Help us manage contractual requirements for a range of jobs
- Providing strong administrative support for maintenance works
- Coordinating programmed works schedules
- Working to meet customer and client expectations
- Validating each job to ensure the required information is available
- Ensuring all regulatory information is updated, logged, and recorded in the relevant system
- Administering works to support Supervisors and Site Managers to enable them to:
- Prioritize and schedule
- Provide an efficient and flexible response to operational issues, maintaining service levels and supporting Supervisors and Site Supervisors to meet contractual requirements
