We're looking for a Brand Partnerships Assistant to assist the development and execution of strategic partnerships with retail and lifestyle brands. Working across both retail and wholesale, you'll help bring collaborations to life, from in-store activations to product partnerships, with brands that share Liberty's aesthetic and commercial vision. You’ll be organised, commercially curious, and confident communicating with a range of stakeholders. An eye for brand fit and a genuine enthusiasm for the Liberty world are just as important as the ability to keep multiple workstreams moving at once.

What You’ll Be Doing:

  • Partnership Support: Support the management of Liberty's retail brand partnership portfolio, from initial outreach through to post-launch follow-up. Contribute to the annual marketing revenue target by identifying and securing brand partnership opportunities. Coordinate logistics and communication between internal teams and external partners. Support the creation of partnership proposals, presentations, and reports.
  • Campaign Coordination: Help manage the day-to-day execution of retail partnership campaigns, keeping deadlines and deliverables on track. Support the production and distribution of campaign assets, including co-branded materials and social content. Track and report on campaign performance, drawing out insights to strengthen future activity.
  • Relationship Management: Act as a point of contact for external partners, maintaining clear and professional communication throughout. Coordinate meetings, calls, and partner events, ensuring everything runs smoothly. Keep accurate records of partner interactions, agreements, and communications.
  • Internal Collaboration: Work closely with teams across central marketing, buying, and creative channels to ensure alignment on partnership objectives and deliverables. Support the preparation of internal reports and presentations that showcase partnership progress and outcomes.
  • Administrative Support: Maintain and update partnership databases, tracking key milestones and activities. Help manage partnership contracts, ensuring they are properly documented and executed. Support invoice processing, payment tracking, and budget management across partnership initiatives.
