Your Role:
- Servicing and general maintenance of air source heat pumps including some Installations where required.
- Completing property survey\’s on existing systems.
- Undertake general central heating system repairs associated
- Provide solutions and reporting
- Fault Finding analysis, and refer works
- Installation and upgrading work to respective heating HVAC equipment on a planned and reactive basis to ensure that systems are operating safely and efficiently
- Document works using your PDA
- Report accidents, near-miss events, and potential hazards
- Handle any additional maintenance tasks within your remit
- Be flexible in working with a wide range of customers, adapting to their needs and schedules around your working day
What We Would Like from You.
- Air Source Heat Pump experience or HVAC and Heating experience including installations and servicing
- A full UK driving license
- Flexibility and a positive attitude towards varied work
- Excellent customer service skills with experience working with the public
- Strong knowledge of Health & Safety practices and working to best standards
- Ability to manage your time and workload independently
- Additional qualifications (water regulations, Solar, RFQ L3, F-Gas) are desirable
- G3 (but will be taught)
What is Desirable but not essential.
- ACS qualifications: CCN1, HTR1, CKR1, CENWAT
- Domestic plumbing NVQ Level 2/3 or City & Guilds equivalent
- Additional qualifications (water regulations, Solar, RFQ L3, F-Gas) are desirable
