We are currently recruiting on behalf of our client, a leading law firm based in Northamptonshire, who are seeking a Conveyancing Administrator to join their busy Residential Conveyancing team, based at their Leicester office. This is an exciting opportunity for someone looking to build or continue building a career in residential property. The successful applicant will ideally have some experience of working within a busy residential property team, although this is not essential. Responsibilities: This is a varied, full and busy role and will include the following: Supporting the Leicester Team Dealing with initial paperwork Issuing draft contracts General administration Dealing directly with clients, estate agents and lenders. Supporting other members of the team whenever possible. Post completion responsibilities including the submission of SDLT and Land Registry applications. Requirements: You will have the ability to confidently manage your own workload, prioritise effectively, have excellent communication skills and be a team player. Some residential conveyancing experience is preferred and the ability to work within a busy team is essential. You will be IT literate and committed, ideally with a previous working knowledge of using case management systems.
