- Support sustainability projects through high‑quality research and analysis.
- Project Coordination
- Support the delivery of multiple client projects simultaneously.
- Track project timelines, actions and key milestones.
- Coordinate supplier documentation, NDAs and project administration.
- Prepare client materials, reports and project updates.
- Ensure deadlines and deliverables are met across multiple workstreams.
- Support internal coordination between the Founder and wider team.
- Business Operations & Executive Support
Alongside your analytical responsibilities, you'll play an important role in supporting the day‑to‑day running of the business.
This provides invaluable exposure to how a specialist consultancy operates and offers the opportunity to work closely with senior leaders and global clients.
Responsibilities include
- Managing complex calendars across multiple time zones.
- Coordinating meetings and travel arrangements.
- Preparing agendas, meeting packs and follow‑up actions.
- Supporting business administration and operational processes.
- Helping prioritise competing deadlines and projects.
- Keeping the Founder and wider team organised and focused.
- Client Communications & Content
- Create professional Power Point presentations for client meetings, workshops and proposals.
- Prepare reports, briefing papers and presentation materials.
- Manage and schedule Linked In content.
- Monitor client announcements and relevant industry developments.
- Support client communications with professionalism and attention to detail.

Skills & Experience
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Sustainability, Human Rights, Business Administration, Environmental Science, Global Supply Chains or another relevant discipline.
- An interest in sustainability, human rights, gender equality, work and responsible business.
- Strong research and analytical skills.
- Excellent organisational and time management skills.
- Outstanding attention to detail.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong Power Point presentation skills with an eye for detail and design.
- Confident using Microsoft Office, particularly Power Point, Outlook and Word.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast‑paced environment.
- Proactive, professional and eager to learn.
- Previous internship or 1-2 years' office‑based experience.
- Experience researching sustainability, ESG or legislation.
- Knowledge of HRDD, CSRD, CSDDD or responsible sourcing.
- Experience managing Linked In or business communications.
- Project coordination or executive support experience.
- What You'll Gain
This role offers exceptional exposure to sustainability consulting, business operations and strategic project delivery.
You'll have the opportunity to
- Work with internationally recognised brands.
- Learn directly from experienced sustainability and human rights specialists.

- Build strong research, analytical and stakeholder management skills.
- Develop commercial awareness and consulting skills.
- Take ownership of meaningful work from day one.
- Fast‑track your career within a growing consultancy.
Long‑term progression could include opportunities to move into Sustainability Consulting, Project Management, Operations Management, Programme Management or a Chief of Staff role depending on your interests and strengths.
Why Join?
This is an outstanding opportunity for someone who wants to build a meaningful career in sustainability while gaining broad commercial experience within a growing consultancy.
You'll work on projects that help shape more ethical and sustainable global supply chains, gain exposure to senior leaders and internationally recognised organisations, and develop the analytical, operational and consulting skills that will set you apart.
