Their focus is on sustainability, human rights, and labour performance. They strive to improve HRM and labour productivity, address GBV/gender programming, and enhance supply chain transparency. They are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Graduate Sustainability Specialist to join our client’s team. The ideal candidate will have a strong interest in sustainability, human rights, and gender equality. You will engage in various tasks that support the company’s mission and operations, contributing to meaningful projects that make a real impact. Key Responsibilities: Analyse supply chains, focusing on labour conditions, material sourcing, and sustainability. Research and recommend ethical sourcing strategies tailored to client needs. Support supplier audits and compliance reviews, ensuring adherence to international labour and environmental standards. Prepare clear, insightful reports and presentations to communicate findings and actionable recommendations to clients. Stay informed about evolving industry regulations, certifications, and best practices. What You’ll Bring: A degree in Sustainability, Supply Chain Management, Environmental Science, or a related field. 1–2 years of relevant office-based experience (internships count!). Genuine passion for ethical labour practices and environmental sustainability. Strong research and analytical abilities, with excellent communication skills. Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel. A professional, client-facing demeanour and exceptional multitasking skills. Willingness to travel occasionally within the UK.
