We are working with one of the fastest-growing international accounting and advisory firms in the market on a key senior leadership hire for their London office. This is an exciting opportunity to join a highly modern, technology-driven firm operating across multiple international jurisdictions, with a strong client base spanning high-growth startups, scale-ups and global businesses. The business has experienced rapid international expansion and is continuing to invest heavily into the UK market. The firm operates very differently to a traditional practice environment, with a strong focus on innovation, international advisory work, technology, cross-border structuring and supporting entrepreneurial businesses.

The Opportunity: This is a senior leadership position with significant autonomy and long-term progression potential. The successful individual will play a key role in both client advisory and commercial growth across the UK practice, working closely with senior leadership on strategy, expansion and team development. There is also potential for equity or profit-share participation for the right individual.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Leading business development activity and driving new client acquisition
  • Managing and developing key client relationships
  • Advising on complex accounting, tax and international matters
  • Supporting strategic growth initiatives across the UK practice
  • Working closely with international teams and clients across multiple jurisdictions
  • Representing the firm externally through networking and industry engagement
  • Mentoring and developing more junior team members
  • Supporting wider operational and commercial growth plans

Candidate Profile:

  • 10+ years’ experience within accounting, tax or professional advisory services
  • Strong commercial awareness and proven business development capability
  • Experience working with entrepreneurial, high-growth or international clients would be highly advantageous
  • Comfortable operating in a fast-moving, modern and commercially focused environment
  • Strong relationship-building and stakeholder management skills
  • Entrepreneurial mindset with an interest in helping scale a growing international business
