About the Role:
We are working with a leading digital solutions provider seeking a Senior Salesforce Functional Consultant to join their team. Reporting to the Head of Service Delivery, you will play a critical role in ensuring the success of clients by delivering top-tier Salesforce solutions. You will work closely with clients to align Salesforce’s capabilities with their business goals, driving greater business value and fostering strong executive relationships.
As a trusted advisor, you will lead the implementation process, advocate for best practices, and help clients achieve greater adoption, track key business metrics, and maximise feature usage.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the implementation of Salesforce Sales & Service Experience Cloud projects.
- Create high-quality design documents and presentations.
- Lead client workshops to define requirements and translate them into actionable solutions.
- Support the full lifecycle of Salesforce implementations, from planning to execution.
- Conduct system testing on customer instances to ensure quality and functionality.
- Provide end-user training and upskilling on Salesforce features and best practices.
- Develop and maintain architecture and flow documentation.
Key Requirements:
- 3+ years of hands-on experience in implementing Salesforce solutions.
- Salesforce certification in Sales, Service, and Experience Cloud Consultant.
- Experience working in cross-functional teams with both technical and functional Salesforce experts.
- Strong ability to communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
