About the Role: We are offering an exciting opportunity for an experienced Residential Conveyancing Solicitor to join a reputable, growing firm. What You’ll Do:
- Manage a varied caseload of freehold and leasehold sales and purchases from start to finish
- Draft and review contract packs, prepare enquiries, and respond to searches and client reports
- Provide expert advice on mortgage offers, re-mortgages, and transfers of equity
- Handle auction packs and manage auction purchases efficiently
- Ensure full compliance with AML, KYC/CDD, and all regulatory requirements
- Manage the full conveyancing process, including post-completion work
- Work on new build purchases, shared ownership transactions, and Help to Buy schemes
- Foster strong relationships with clients and external partners, delivering an exceptional service
Preferred Experience:
- Experience with new build purchases and Help to Buy redemptions
- Familiarity with Help to Buy ISAs and LISAs
- Proven ability to manage a high-volume, varied caseload
What We’re Looking For:
- 2+ years PQE in residential conveyancing (though we’re open to the right candidate)
- A strong understanding of property law and conveyancing procedures
