About the Role: We are offering an exciting opportunity for an experienced Residential Conveyancing Solicitor to join a reputable, growing firm. What You’ll Do:

  • Manage a varied caseload of freehold and leasehold sales and purchases from start to finish
  • Draft and review contract packs, prepare enquiries, and respond to searches and client reports
  • Provide expert advice on mortgage offers, re-mortgages, and transfers of equity
  • Handle auction packs and manage auction purchases efficiently
  • Ensure full compliance with AML, KYC/CDD, and all regulatory requirements
  • Manage the full conveyancing process, including post-completion work
  • Work on new build purchases, shared ownership transactions, and Help to Buy schemes
  • Foster strong relationships with clients and external partners, delivering an exceptional service

Preferred Experience:

  • Experience with new build purchases and Help to Buy redemptions
  • Familiarity with Help to Buy ISAs and LISAs
  • Proven ability to manage a high-volume, varied caseload

  • 2+ years PQE in residential conveyancing (though we’re open to the right candidate)
  • A strong understanding of property law and conveyancing procedures
  • Ability to work independently and efficiently while providing excellent client care
