An established and growing technology solutions provider is looking to appoint a Project Manager to lead the successful delivery of customer and internal technology projects. This is a hands-on, client-facing role offering significant autonomy and responsibility. You'll take ownership of projects from initial handover through to completion, working closely with customers, technical teams and senior stakeholders to ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget and to a high standard.

The role would suit an experienced Project Manager who enjoys building strong client relationships, managing multiple workstreams and driving projects through to successful completion.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage the end-to-end delivery of customer and internal technology projects.
  • Ensure projects are delivered against agreed scope, timelines, budgets and quality standards.
  • Coordinate internal teams, suppliers and third-party partners throughout the project lifecycle.
  • Maintain project plans, documentation, governance and reporting.
  • Facilitate smooth project handovers into operational support teams.
Stakeholder Management
  • Act as the primary point of contact for customers throughout project delivery.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders.
  • Provide regular project updates and manage expectations effectively.
  • Identify and resolve issues, risks and dependencies in a timely manner.
Commercial & Operational Management
  • Monitor project budgets, resource utilisation and financial performance.
  • Support accurate forecasting, billing readiness and project reporting.
  • Manage project changes through formal change control processes.
  • Work closely with sales, operations and technical teams to support successful project outcomes.
  • Contribute to the continuous improvement of project delivery processes and best practice.
About You

We're looking for someone who can combine strong project management skills with excellent communication and stakeholder engagement abilities. You will ideally have:

  • Proven experience delivering end-to-end IT or technology projects.
  • Experience managing project scope, budgets, timelines, risks and dependencies.
  • Strong stakeholder management and customer-facing skills.
  • Excellent organisational and communication abilities.
  • A proactive, solutions-focused approach with strong attention to detail.
  • Experience working within technology, managed services, infrastructure or professional services environments.
  • PRINCE2, Agile or equivalent project management certification.
Desirable
  • Experience delivering infrastructure, networking, cybersecurity or voice projects.
  • Experience working within a managed services or consultancy environment.
  • Knowledge of Agile, Waterfall or hybrid delivery methodologies.
