We’re partnering with a well-established firm that’s looking for an experienced Private Client Solicitor or Legal Executive with a minimum of 3 years’ experience handling Private Client matters. This is a great opportunity for someone who’s passionate about delivering high-quality legal services, particularly in areas like Probate, Estate Administration, and Trusts.
The firm prides itself on exceptional client care and is looking for someone who shares that approach. You’ll be managing your own caseload, building strong client relationships, and contributing to the firm’s continued growth.
Key Responsibilities:- Managing a diverse range of Private Client cases, ensuring excellent service delivery.
- Providing expert advice on Probate, Estate Administration, Trusts, and Inheritance Planning.
- Communicating clearly and empathetically with clients, executors, trustees, beneficiaries, and other legal professionals.
- Demonstrating sensitivity when working with elderly clients, offering a compassionate approach to their needs.
- Engaging in business development efforts to strengthen the firm’s reputation and attract new clients.
- Conducting home visits to clients as required.
- Meeting billing targets while maintaining the highest standards of client care and professionalism.
