Our client are seeking a Private Client Paralegal to join their expanding team and play a key role in delivering high-quality legal services across wills, probate, LPAs, and trusts. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone with either existing private client experience or strong legal academic training who is ready to put their knowledge into practice. Working closely with a senior solicitor, you’ll provide essential support on a broad range of private client matters. Managing non-taxable probate applications and supporting inheritance tax submissions Preparing letters, client reports, seminar notes, and compliance documents Completing AML checks and managing the file-opening process Prior experience in private client work (wills, probate, LPA, trusts) within a legal practice OR legal qualifications such as a Law Degree, CILEX, LPC, or STEP, with a strong interest in private client law Proficiency in legal software and an interest in compliance and best practice Build long-term relationships with clients and the legal team Enjoy autonomy, responsibility, and professional development Flexible working If you’re ready to grow your legal career in a role that combines technical work with real human impact, we’d love to hear from you.
