Executive PA to Director

Hybrid / Remote | Β£30,000

Location: North London (remote-first with occasional in-person meetings)

We’re working with a top-performing Director at a specialist employment law firm to appoint a highly organised and proactive Personal Assistant. This is a trusted, hands-on support role that would suit someone with strong administrative or EA/PA experience, particularly in HR, legal, or professional services. It\’s ideal for someone looking for a long-term position with no desire to qualify as a solicitor.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Act as a right hand to the Director, managing workflow, priorities, and diary coordination
  • Handle a high volume of daily enquiries (up to 120 via email and phone), ensuring efficient triage and timely follow-up
  • Manage multiple inboxes, delegate tasks where needed, and maintain smooth communication flows
  • Open new client files, prepare engagement documents, and issue invoices
  • Provide general administrative support to ease pressure across the legal team
  • Liaise with clients directly, offering updates and ensuring a smooth, professional service
  • Draft basic correspondence and HR-style documents (where experienced)
  • Maintain accurate client and case records using internal systems
  • Track deadlines and key dates to support smooth case progression
  • Occasionally support with front-of-house duties or attend meetings alongside the Director
