We’re looking for a part-time People Advisor to join a leading UK management company. This is a great role for someone with HR and PA experience who enjoys a hands-on, varied position. You’ll support a busy and collaborative People team, helping to deliver day-to-day HR and administrative support across the London and US offices.

Key Responsibilities
  • Recruitment: redacting CV’s, posting adverts, conducting interviews
  • Employee Inductions: Coordinate and run new starter inductions, including preparing materials, gathering documentation, and supporting their first days in the business.
  • Employee Queries: Act as the first point of contact for day-to-day HR-related queries, providing accurate and helpful responses and escalating more complex issues as needed.
  • HR Administration: Keep employee records up to date, support data entry, and assist with general administration tasks within the People team.
What We’re Looking For
  • Previous PA or administrative experience within a People/HR function
  • Good working knowledge of HR processes and UK employment law
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and confidence using HR systems
  • A professional, approachable, and discreet approach
  • Highly organised and able to manage multiple tasks efficiently
