We’re looking for a part-time People Advisor to join a leading UK and US management company. This is a great role for someone with HR and PA experience who enjoys a hands-on, varied position. You’ll support a busy and collaborative People team, helping to deliver day-to-day HR and administrative support across the London and US offices.
Key Responsibilities
- Employee Inductions: Coordinate and run new starter inductions, including preparing materials, gathering documentation, and supporting their first days in the business.
- Monthly HR Newsletters: Draft and send out the monthly HR newsletter, working with colleagues across the business to gather updates and ensure clear and engaging content.
- Employee Queries: Act as the first point of contact for day-to-day HR-related queries, providing accurate and helpful responses and escalating more complex issues as needed.
- Office HR Support: Provide support to line managers with basic HR matters, ensuring company policies are followed and internal guidance is consistent.
- HR Administration: Keep employee records up to date, support data entry, and assist with general administration tasks within the People team.
- PA-style Support: Provide light PA support to senior People team members, including diary coordination, meeting support, and preparation of materials when required.
What We’re Looking For
- Experience in an HR support or advisory role
- Previous PA or administrative experience within a People/HR function
