We are seeking a Senior People Advisor to join our clients dynamic HR team, supporting the London and US offices. This role is pivotal in ensuring the smooth operation of HR activities, fostering a positive work environment, and providing expert advice on HR matters. The ideal candidate will be office-based on Tuesdays and Thursdays, with the flexibility to work from home one day a week.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Conduct comprehensive induction programmes for new hires, ensuring a seamless integration into the company.
  • Create and distribute monthly HR newsletters to keep employees informed about company updates, policy changes, and upcoming events.
  • Serve as the first point of contact for employee HR-related queries.
  • Offer expert HR advice to office-based employees, ensuring compliance with company policies and legal regulations.
  • Support the HR team with various administrative tasks and projects.
Qualifications and Experience:
  • Proven experience in a similar HR advisory role, preferably within a large organisation.
  • Strong knowledge of UK employment law and HR best practices.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities effectively.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and HR software systems.
