Corporate Paralegal – City Law Firm

We are working with a well-established, medium-sized law firm based in the City of London that is seeking an experienced Corporate Paralegal to join its busy and collaborative team.

The Role:

This is an excellent opportunity for a capable and motivated Paralegal with at least 1 year’s solid corporate law experience . The successful candidate will support partners and fee earners across a wide range of matters.

In addition to legal work, you will take ownership of key administrative processes that are vital to the smooth day-to-day running of the team – including managing internal billing and matter organisation. You’ll be stepping into a role with real responsibility, so the ability to hit the ground running is essential.

Key Requirements:

• Minimum 2:1 degree in Law or a non-law degree with GDL
• LPC or equivalent completed
• Minimum 1 year’s hands-on corporate paralegal experience in a law firm
• Strong organisational and communication skills
• Proactive, detail-oriented, and confident in managing both legal and administrative tasks
