We are working with a highly regarded specialist tax advisory firm looking to hire an Associate to join their growing team. This is a niche, high-calibre team made up of lawyers who have trained and worked at leading City and national firms. The firm operates with the agility of a boutique, while delivering work typically associated with much larger practices. The role offers exposure to complex, high-value transactional and advisory work, particularly across private equity, M&A, and corporate structuring.
You will work closely with senior tax specialists on a broad range of matters, including:
- Tax advice on M&A, private equity and corporate transactions
- Drafting and negotiating tax covenants and warranties on live deals
- Advising on reorganisations, demergers and business structuring
- Supporting on employee share incentives (EMI, CSOP, growth shares)
- Advising on SEIS/EIS investments and tax-efficient structures
- Property tax matters including SDLT, VAT and structuring
The team is heavily involved in live transactions and regularly works alongside corporate lawyers, law firms and accountancy firms to deliver seamless, commercially focused advice.

- Qualified Solicitor with 3+ years’ PQE
- Strong academic background and excellent training

- Exposure to areas such as M&A, share incentives, or structuring work
