We are working with a creative marketing and media agency that delivers integrated campaigns across media, sponsorship, content and digital channels. With a strong global client base and a collaborative, agile culture, the agency partners closely with clients to deliver measurable commercial impact. They are now looking to hire an Account Manager to manage and grow a flagship media portfolio for a global professional body in the finance and education space.
This is a commercially focused Account Manager role combining client relationship management, campaign delivery and revenue growth. You will be the day-to-day lead on the account, responsible for managing media and sponsorship campaigns end-to-end, while identifying and closing opportunities to grow revenue through renewals, upsells and new business. The role suits someone who enjoys owning accounts, working closely with clients, and having clear responsibility for commercial performance.
Account Management & Delivery- Coordinate with internal teams (ad operations, design, content and finance) and international partners to ensure campaigns are delivered on time and to brief.
- Work closely with ad operations to produce campaign reports, performance summaries and recommendations.
- Build and manage a healthy sales pipeline, preparing proposals and pitch materials and closing deals in a consultative manner.
- Maintain accurate CRM records (HubSpot) covering activity, pipeline and forecasting.
- Support budgeting and revenue forecasting for your accounts.
3-5 years' experience in account management, client services, media or partnerships with a clear commercial element.
- Proven experience selling or upselling B2B media, sponsorship, recruitment marketing or similar services.
- Comfortable researching and contacting prospects via email, phone and LinkedIn.
- Strong relationship-building skills and experience managing multiple stakeholders.
- Solid understanding of media planning and campaign lifecycles (digital, email and/or events).
- Familiarity with CRM and sales tools such as HubSpot or Apollo.
Comfortable working to quarterly revenue targets and managing a sales pipeline. Hybrid working model. Opportunity to work on a flagship global account within a growing agency.
