We are looking for an exceptional Recruiter to join our team in 2026. This isn’t just another recruitment role – it’s an opportunity to work with the latest AI‑powered tools whilst developing your own business and building lasting client relationships.

From day one, you’ll be assigned your own LinkedIn Recruiter+ and AI Hiring Assistant licence, giving you access to the most advanced recruiting technology available. But technology alone doesn’t place candidates – people do. That’s why we need someone who’s equally comfortable closing deals as they are sourcing talent.

What You’ll Be Doing

  • Business Development: Proactively identify, pursue and secure new client opportunities through your own initiative and networking.
  • Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong partnerships with hiring managers and key decision‑makers.
  • Talent Acquisition: Leverage LinkedIn Recruiter+ and AI Hiring Assistant to source, engage and attract top‑tier candidates.
  • Full 360 Recruitment: Manage the entire recruitment lifecycle from client brief to candidate placement.
  • Sales‑Driven Approach: Hit and exceed targets through consultative selling and persistent business development.
  • Market Intelligence: Stay ahead of industry trends, salary benchmarks and competitor activity.
  • Candidate Management: Provide an exceptional experience for candidates throughout the recruitment process.

What We’re Looking For

  • Proven Sales Ability: Demonstrated track record in business development, ideally within recruitment or a similar consultative sales environment.
  • Commercial Acumen: You understand profit, margins, and how to build a sustainable business.
  • Tenacity and Resilience: The drive to pick up the phone, overcome objections and close deals.
  • Relationship Building: Natural ability to build rapport and trust with clients and candidates.
  • Self‑Motivation: You don’t need micromanaging – you’re driven by success and hungry for results.
  • Communication Skills: Articulate, persuasive and confident in both written and verbal communication.
  • Tech‑Savvy: Comfortable adopting new technologies and maximising their potential (we’ll train you on our AI tools).
  • Previous recruitment or sales experience (though we’re open to exceptional talent from other industries).
  • Existing network or specialism in a particular sector.
  • Track record of exceeding targets and KPIs.
  • Experience using LinkedIn or other sourcing platforms.
