A successful consultancy based near Bank station is looking for a commercially minded Sales Administrator to join its growing team.
This is not a traditional administrative position. The successful candidate will work within a fast-paced, sales-focused and target-driven environment, supporting business development activity and helping the consultancy identify and engage with prospective clients.
The role would suit an ambitious, highly organised individual who is motivated by results, enjoys speaking with people and is keen to develop a career in sales or recruitment.
The consultancy is particularly interested in candidates who are passionate about artificial intelligence and excited by the opportunity to use AI, LinkedIn and advanced recruitment technology to improve research, outreach and sales performance.
Key Responsibilities
- Research prospective clients, decision-makers and business opportunities.
- Use LinkedIn Recruiter and its advanced search tools to identify relevant contacts.
- Build and maintain accurate prospect and client databases.
- Support consultants with sales campaigns, business development and candidate marketing.
- Draft professional and engaging emails, LinkedIn messages and other sales communications.
- Make outbound calls and develop relationships with prospective clients.
- Schedule meetings and manage follow-up activity.
- Maintain accurate records within the company’s CRM system.
- Use AI tools to improve research, administration, communication and productivity.
- Monitor sales activity and contribute towards individual and team targets.
- Assist with proposals, presentations and client documentation.
- Provide general administrative support to the consultancy team.

Previous experience in sales administration, recruitment, executive search, business development, lead generation or professional services would be beneficial, although applications are also welcomed from ambitious graduates or individuals looking to build a career in a commercial environment.
