- Confidence working with Excel, Word, PowerPoint, CRM systems and other technology
- The ability to manage several projects and priorities simultaneously
- A professional and confident approach when dealing with clients and external advisers
- The judgment and discretion required when handling confidential commercial information
- The ability to work independently, solve problems and meet deadlines
- A genuine interest in M&A, corporate finance and how businesses operate
Previous exposure to financial analysis, transaction support, project management or CRM systems would be advantageous, although applications are also welcomed from strong graduates and early-career professionals looking to develop within the M&A sector.
The Opportunity
This is a hands-on role within a fast-moving and entrepreneurial business where you will work directly with experienced deal professionals and gain exposure to transactions from preparation through to completion.
