What You’ll Be Doing:
- Advising employees and senior executives on all aspects of employment law, including unfair dismissal, redundancy, discrimination, and whistleblowing
- Drafting and negotiating settlement agreements and pre-action correspondence

- Managing your own caseload of claimant work with a professional and empathetic approach
- Liaising with employers, ACAS, and third parties to progress settlements smoothly
What They’re Looking For:
- Qualified Solicitor (England & Wales) with 6+ years’ PQE in employment law

- Based in England with flexibility to attend occasional meetings in London
