Liberty Towers are working closely with a family-run, modern law firm that offers expert legal advice to individuals and businesses. They’re committed to providing a first-class service to their clients, and they’re looking for a qualified Litigation Solicitor or Legal Executive to join their highly reputable team!

The Role: Litigation Solicitor/Legal Executive (4+ years PQE)

As a Litigation Solicitor, you will work directly with the MD and a great team of lawyers and support staff. You’ll be handling a range of litigation matters for both commercial and individual clients, ensuring a high standard of legal service and offering expert, commercially-minded advice.

Day-to-day Responsibilities:

  • Build strong relationships with referrers and clients.
  • Provide clients with the confidence to choose this client for their legal needs.
  • Manage a variety of litigation cases including landlord and tenant, breach of contract claims, debt recovery, insolvency, and commercial litigation.
  • Collaborate with the team to meet monthly targets and KPIs.
  • Work with the team to grow the business and develop new client opportunities.

About You:

  • Ideally 4+ years PQE.
  • Strong knowledge of Litigation law.
  • Excellent communication skills: confident, clear, and welcoming.
  • Dedicated to providing the highest level of client service.
  • Eager to progress your legal career in a growing firm.
