They’re committed to providing a first-class service to their clients, and they’re looking for a qualified Litigation Solicitor or Legal Executive to join their highly reputable team!
The Role: Litigation Solicitor/Legal Executive (4+ years PQE)
As a Litigation Solicitor, you will work directly with the MD and a great team of lawyers and support staff. You’ll be handling a range of litigation matters for both commercial and individual clients, ensuring a high standard of legal service and offering expert, commercially-minded advice.
Day-to-day Responsibilities:
- Build strong relationships with referrers and clients.
- Provide clients with the confidence to choose this client for their legal needs.
- Manage a variety of litigation cases including landlord and tenant, breach of contract claims, debt recovery, insolvency, and commercial litigation.
- Collaborate with the team to meet monthly targets and KPIs.
- Work with the team to grow the business and develop new client opportunities.
About You:
- Ideally 4+ years PQE.
- Strong knowledge of Litigation law.
- Excellent communication skills: confident, clear, and welcoming.
- Dedicated to providing the highest level of client service.
