An established and growing private practice is seeking an experienced Employment Solicitor (5+ PQE) to join its expanding team. This is a fully remote opportunity offering real flexibility. The firm is open to full-time or part-time arrangements, traditional employed positions, and consultancy agreements.
The role would suit a commercially minded solicitor who values autonomy, flexibility and strong earning potential, while still benefiting from the backing of an established practice. You will advise both individuals and businesses across a broad range of contentious and non-contentious employment matters.
The RoleYou will:
- Manage your own varied employment law caseload from instruction through to resolution
- Advise on unfair dismissal, discrimination, whistleblowing, redundancy, grievances and settlement agreements
- Draft and review employment contracts, policies, and handbooks
- Represent clients in Employment Tribunal proceedings (where required)
- Provide strategic, commercially focused advice to SME and corporate clients
- Build and maintain long-term client relationships
- Contribute to the ongoing growth and reputation of the firm

About YouYou will be:
- A UK-qualified Solicitor with 5+ years’ PQE in employment law within private practice
- Experienced in handling your own caseload independently
- Confident advising claimant and/or respondent clients
- Comfortable working remotely with strong organisation and self-management skills
- Commercial, pragmatic and solutions-focused
Employed Option: £65,000 base salary (for 25 hours), performance-based bonus (£20,000-£30,000 achievable in Year 2), fully remote working, flexibility around working pattern, supportive, entrepreneurial culture, full back-office, compliance and marketing support, complete flexibility over workload and working hours, opportunity to maximise earnings.
