Private Client Solicitor with hybrid working in Kent

Private Client Lawyer Full-time, office-based We are recruiting on behalf of an established and well-regarded law firm in North Kent that is looking to appoint an experienced Private Client Lawyer to join its team. This is an excellent opportunity for a private client specialist who enjoys managing their own caseload, building trusted relationships with clients and working as part of a supportive and professional legal tea m. The successful candidate will manage a varied range of private client matters, including: Lasting Powers of Attorney General private client advisory work Managing your own caseload of private client matters Advising on wills, probate, estate planning and Powers of Attorney Drafting and reviewing legal documents Liaising with beneficiaries, executors, financial advisers and other external professionals Maintaining accurate files and ensuring compliance with regulatory and firm standards Contributing to networking, relationship building and business development activities A qualified Solicitor, Chartered Legal Executive, CILEX Lawyer or equivalent Experienced within private client law, with a minimum of two years’ relevant experience Confident handling wills, probate, estate administration, estate planning and Powers of Attorney Able to explain complex legal matters clearly and sensitively Previous private client experience is essential.
