Implementation Consultant (Asana)
We are seeking an experienced Asana Consultant to help organisations streamline project management, optimise workflows, and maximise the value of the Asana platform. The ideal candidate will hold recognised Asana certifications and have a proven ability to train, advise, and support teams in leveraging Asana for collaborative work management.
Candidates will be considered who are based in the UK or Ireland.
Key Responsibilities
- Analyse current project management processes and recommend improvements using Asana.
- Set up and configure Asana workspaces, projects, and templates; provide hands-on training and support.
- Design and implement efficient workflows, automation rules, and reporting dashboards.
- Offer troubleshooting, guidance, and recommendations for continuous improvement.
- Develop user guides and training materials; stay current with Asana updates and best practices.
- For consultants working in industries with strict regulatory requirements (e.g., healthcare, finance), additional training in data privacy, compliance, and workflow documentation is valuable.
Experience:
- Proven experience as an Asana Consultant, Project Manager, or similar role.
- Workflow Specialist Certificate and Collaborative Work Management Certification are strongly preferred.
- Asana Certified Professional/Pro or Ambassador status is a plus.
- Strong project management skills, excellent communication and training abilities, and expertise in workflow optimisation and team collaboration
