Graduate Sustainability Analyst

Our client is a leader in supply chain sustainability advisory services for many renowned, global brands and retailers. Their areas of expertise span human rights due diligence and forced labour, to living wages and climate impacts on workers. They are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented graduate to join the team. The ideal candidate will have a strong interest in sustainability, business, and human rights. You will engage in multiple, cross-functional tasks that support the strategy development and implementation of worker-centred projects for renowned brands that make a real impact.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Project management of multiple client deliverables.
  • Client and local business partner liaison and workflow management.
  • Online research, analysis, and presentation for clients.
  • Creating professional PowerPoint presentations.
  • Tracking client news and researching legislative developments (e.g., CSDDD, CSRD).
  • Managing and posting content on LinkedIn.
  • Improving and aligning work processes e.g. knowledge and client database.
  • Scheduling meetings across multiple time zones and calendars with clients and business partners.

What You’ll Bring:

  • A degree in Sustainability, Political Science, Law, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
  • 1–2 years of relevant office-based experience (internships count!).
  • High-level organisation skills
  • Strong research and analytical abilities, with excellent communication skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly PowerPoint.
  • A professional, client-facing demeanour and exceptional multitasking skills.
  • Passion for ethical labour practices and sustainability.
  • Willingness to travel occasionally (Paris, Geneva).
