Key Responsibilities:
- Support the CEO or senior team with diary and inbox management
- Coordinate meetings, prepare agendas, and take minutes
- Book travel and accommodation
- Assist with internal communications and basic document preparation
- Handle confidential information with professionalism
- Support with research, reporting, and ad hoc project work
- Help with general office management and day-to-day admin
About You:
- Recent graduate (any discipline) with strong academic performance
- Highly organised and detail-oriented
- Excellent communication skills – both written and verbal
- Confident, proactive, and able to use initiative
- Comfortable with Microsoft Office and open to learning new tools
- Keen to develop professionally in a growing business
