About the Opportunity: This is an excellent career pathway for a Law Graduate who is looking to apply their analytical and client-facing skills in a commercial environment outside of traditional legal practice. You will join an established insurance and risk advisory firm where you will receive full training, early responsibility, and exposure to high-value clients across a range of sectors. This role offers a clear development route into Account Handling, Broking, and specialist areas of insurance and risk.
Key Responsibilities
- Client Support & Administration: Assist with managing client accounts, including onboarding and renewals. Review insurance policies, contracts and supporting documentation with precision and accuracy. Prepare client summaries, reports and policy documentation.
- Project & Case Management: Gather information for risk assessments, underwriting and claims handling. Liaise with brokers, underwriters, insurers and external partners. Maintain accurate files, CRM records and workflow systems.
- Client Interaction: Respond to client queries in a professional, timely manner. Build strong working relationships with clients, insurers and internal teams.
- Training & Development: Take part in structured training covering insurance, risk, claims and policy drafting. Receive full support to study towards CII qualifications. Gain exposure to the full insurance lifecycle and develop a pathway into more senior roles.
