Location: Oldham (Hybrid – minimum 3 days in office)

Our client, a dynamic and fast-growing fintech group based in Oldham, is looking for a highly organised and experienced Executive Assistant to support senior leadership. This is a fantastic opportunity for a proactive individual to join an ambitious business at a pivotal stage in its growth journey.
The Role:
As Executive Assistant, you’ll play a critical role in enabling the smooth running of the executive team. This is a varied and fast-paced position requiring excellent communication, initiative and the ability to stay one step ahead.
Key responsibilities include:
- High-level diary and inbox management for senior executives
- Coordinating meetings, preparing agendas and taking minutes
- Preparing reports, presentations and documents to a high standard
- Acting as the first point of contact for internal and external stakeholders
- Booking travel and managing itineraries
- Supporting with project coordination and business operations as needed
- Handling confidential information with discretion
About You:
- Previous experience in a PA/EA role supporting senior leadership
- Ideally graduate calibre with strong written and verbal communication skills
- Highly organised, with the ability to manage multiple priorities effectively
- Strong attention to detail and a solutions-focused mindset
- Confident using MS Office (especially Outlook, PowerPoint and Excel)
- Professional, personable and calm under pressure
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment
- Available to be in the office in Oldham a minimum of 3 days per week
