London Bridge based, Office Based: 5 days a week.

A truly independent broker to the real estate sector, whose approach is geared around a strong service ethic in conjunction with the progressive insurance solutions the customers desire. Responsibilities include:

  • Arranging commercial insurance for a variety of clients, including but not limited to property owners, commercial combined, office, retail, household, travel and motor fleet.
  • Generating new business via incoming calls, referrals and recommendations.
  • Providing quotations, mid-term adjustments, claims and handling renewals (circa 30 - 50 per month).
  • Managing general enquiries, chasing premiums, dealing with general administration and cross selling.
  • Client meetings face to face at their offices.
  • Meeting underwriters to negotiate renewal terms.
  • Mentoring junior staff members.
  • Supporting Accounts Teams with debtors, insurer statements and finance queries.
  • Supporting CEO to ensure the smooth running of their portfolios.

A polite telephone manner is essential.
