Responsibilities include:
- Arranging commercial insurance for a variety of clients, including but not limited to property owners, commercial combined, office, retail, household, travel and motor fleet.
- Generating new business via incoming calls, referrals and recommendations.
- Providing quotations, mid-term adjustments, claims and handling renewals (circa 30 - 50 per month).
- Managing general enquiries, chasing premiums, dealing with general administration and cross selling.
- Client meetings face to face at their offices.
- Meeting underwriters to negotiate renewal terms.
- Mentoring junior staff members.
- Supporting Accounts Teams with debtors, insurer statements and finance queries.
- Supporting CEO to ensure the smooth running of their portfolios.
