We’re excited to offer an excellent opportunity for an enthusiastic Senior Conveyancing Assistant or Paralegal, ideally with two years’ or more experience to join our reputable Residential Property team. Working closely with our experts, you will provide high-quality administrative support and assistance, playing a key role in ensuring our work is delivered efficiently and to the exceptional, personable standards our clients expect.
Day to day responsibilities
- Acting as a professional first point of contact for clients/developers/brokers/other parties
- Processing clients’ initial onboarding documentation, including carrying out ID checks, reviewing proof of funds and progressing matters through the early stages of new build transactions.
- Assisting with file opening when required, including covering for junior members of the team during periods of absence.
- Working within Infotrack (training will be provided)
- Preparing completion statements.
- Dealing with LISA and HTB ISA withdrawals
- Dealing with NHBC warranty portals
- Completing Local Authority, Chancel and other relevant pre-exchange searches
- Preparing Stamp Duty Land Tax Forms and Land Registry Forms
- Assisting with general team administration
- Working collaboratively to support team targets and KPIs
