Employment Law Solicitor – Fully Remote | Private Practice

Location: 100% Remote

Hours: Full time or part time – flexible to suit your life

About the Role:

This is a position with a leading private practice, offering the chance to manage a diverse caseload from start to finish. You will provide high-quality advice on a full range of employment law matters, representing both individual and corporate clients.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Advising clients on employment rights, contracts, dismissals, grievances, and discrimination cases
  • Managing your own caseload independently, from initial consultation to resolution
  • Representing clients in employment tribunals and mediations as required
  • Drafting and reviewing employment contracts, handbooks, and policies
  • Providing clear, practical, and commercially-focused legal advice
  • Staying up to date with changes in employment law and advising clients accordingly

Requirements:

  • UK-qualified Solicitor with a minimum of 5 years PQE in employment law (essential)
  • Confident in handling cases independently within private practice
  • Strong communication skills, able to build rapport with a range of clients
  • Comfortable working remotely with excellent organisational skills
  • Experience in tribunal representation is advantageous
