Liberty Towers are working closely with a family-run, modern law firm with a commercial approach offering expert legal advice to individuals and businesses.

The Role: We’re seeking an ambitious and driven Commercial Solicitor (4+ years PQE) to join the growing team. If you have a passion for commercial law and want to help develop and grow their Commercial department, this could be the perfect opportunity for you!

Day-to-day Responsibilities:

  • Build strong relationships with referrers and clients.
  • Instill confidence in clients for their legal needs.
  • Manage a varied caseload while establishing new client relationships in the local market.
  • Lead or support the growth of a successful commercial department.
  • Work with the team to meet monthly targets and KPIs.
  • Help grow the business and develop new opportunities to attract clients.

About You:

  • 4+ years PQE as a Solicitor.
  • Strong experience in Corporate and Commercial matters.
  • Experience in management and business development is a plus (training will be provided).
  • Experience in M&As, corporate deals, shareholder agreements, management buy-ins/outs, restructuring, financing, and general commercial work.
  • Strong commercial acumen to understand the needs of business clients.
  • Excellent communication skills: confident, clear, and personable.
  • Passionate about providing excellent client service and eager to progress your career.
  • A team player who thrives in a growing firm!
