The Role: We’re seeking an ambitious and driven Commercial Solicitor (4+ years PQE) to join the growing team. If you have a passion for commercial law and want to help develop and grow their Commercial department, this could be the perfect opportunity for you!
Day-to-day Responsibilities:
- Build strong relationships with referrers and clients.
- Instill confidence in clients for their legal needs.
- Manage a varied caseload while establishing new client relationships in the local market.
- Lead or support the growth of a successful commercial department.
- Work with the team to meet monthly targets and KPIs.
- Help grow the business and develop new opportunities to attract clients.
About You:
- 4+ years PQE as a Solicitor.
- Strong experience in Corporate and Commercial matters.
- Experience in management and business development is a plus (training will be provided).
- Experience in M&As, corporate deals, shareholder agreements, management buy-ins/outs, restructuring, financing, and general commercial work.
- Strong commercial acumen to understand the needs of business clients.
- Excellent communication skills: confident, clear, and personable.
- Passionate about providing excellent client service and eager to progress your career.
