Employment Solicitor (5 years+++ PQE) Engagement Options: Full-Time | Part-Time | Employed | Consultant Fully Remote (UK) The Opportunity An established and growing private practice is looking for an experienced Employment Solicitor (5+++ years PQE) to join its expanding team, with a role built around genuine flexibility. You will advise both individuals and businesses across a broad spectrum of contentious and non-contentious employment matters with real scope to shape how you work. The Role You will: Manage your own varied employment law caseload from instruction through to resolution Advise on unfair dismissal, discrimination, whistleblowing, redundancy, grievances and settlement agreements Draft and review employment contracts, policies and handbooks Represent clients in Employment Tribunal proceedings where required Provide strategic, commercially focused advice to SME and corporate clients Build and maintain long term client relationships Contribute to the ongoing growth and reputation of the firm This role offers real autonomy and responsibility from day one, giving you the chance to make your mark rather than simply slot into an existing structure.
