What You'll Be Doing:

• Learn the Fundamentals of Finance
• Assist with maintaining accurate financial records and documentation.
• Process payments and support day-to-day finance administration.
• Help monitor income and expenditure across the business.
• Learn how financial systems and processes operate within a specialist insurance company.
• Work with Data and Reporting
• Use Microsoft Excel and finance systems to manage and analyse information.
• Assist in preparing monthly reports and management information.
• Review data for accuracy and investigate discrepancies.
• Develop strong analytical, numerical, and problem-solving skills.
• Support the Finance Team
• Work closely with experienced finance professionals and learn from their expertise.

Qualifications:

• Minimum of 3 A-Levels (or equivalent qualifications).

Experience:

• Previous office, administrative, finance, retail, hospitality, customer service, or work experience is beneficial but not essential.
• Good working knowledge of Microsoft Excel.
• Comfortable working with numerical data and financial information.
