We are seeking an experienced Insurance Account Executive to take over and manage an established client book within a specialist insurance brokerage. You will act as the primary relationship owner for your portfolio, providing technical advice, handling renewals end-to-end, and ensuring clients receive a high standard of ongoing service. The client base includes complex commercial risks and high-value portfolios, requiring attention to detail, strong market knowledge, and confidence dealing with insurers and underwriters.
- Take full ownership of an existing client book, managing relationships and service delivery end-to-end
- Advise clients on cover structure, policy wordings, and risk considerations
- Build long-term client relationships through a consultative, professional approach
- Identify opportunities to grow the book through cross-selling and portfolio development
- Work closely with internal support teams to deliver a seamless client experience
Minimum 3 years’ experience in an insurance broking or account executive role
Strong technical knowledge of commercial insurance products
Professional insurance qualifications (Cert CII / working towards) advantageous
Salary of £40k-£55k, depending on experience
Immediate responsibility for a live, established client portfolio
