We’re excited to offer an excellent opportunity for an enthusiastic Senior Conveyancing Assistant or Paralegal, ideally with two years’ or more experience to join our reputable Residential Property team.
Working closely with our experts, you will provide high-quality administrative support and assistance, playing a key role in ensuring our work is delivered efficiently and to the exceptional, personable standards our clients expect.
- Processing clients’ initial onboarding documentation, including carrying out ID checks, reviewing proof of funds and progressing matters through the early stages of new build transactions.
- Working within Infotrack (training will be provided).
- Completing Local Authority, Chancel and other relevant pre-exchange searches.
- Preparing Stamp Duty Land Tax Forms and Land Registry Forms.
- Assisting with general team administration.
