Brand Marketing Manager – Luxury Fashion

As they continue to scale, they are seeking a Brand Marketing Manager to shape and elevate how the brand is experienced across all platforms and touchpoints.

This is an exciting opportunity for a marketing professional who combines strategic thinking with creative flair – someone who understands the nuances of luxury and can deliver campaigns that resonate emotionally and perform commercially.

Key Responsibilities

Brand and Campaign Strategy

  • Lead the development and execution of integrated brand campaigns across seasonal launches and brand moments
  • Manage the brand calendar, aligning product, content, PR, and retail activity

Creative and Content Oversight

  • Define the content strategy across web, social, paid media, and print
  • Work closely with creatives, stylists, agencies, and content partners to ensure brand consistency and quality

Product Marketing

  • Shape product messaging and positioning across campaigns
  • Develop go-to-market toolkits, sales materials, and customer journeys
  • Plan and deliver campaigns across owned, earned, and paid channels
  • Collaborate with digital teams to optimise performance and engagement

Storytelling and Voice

  • Evolve and maintain the brand’s tone of voice across all touchpoints
  • Create compelling narratives that strengthen brand connection

Trends and Insights

  • Monitor cultural and fashion trends to keep the brand culturally relevant
  • Leverage market insights and competitor activity to inform strategy

What We’re Looking For

  • 3–5+ years of experience in brand, content, or product marketing within a luxury, fashion, beauty, or lifestyle brand
  • A strong track record of delivering creative campaigns that drive results
  • Excellent writing, communication, and project management skills
  • A sophisticated eye for both visual and verbal branding
  • Someone confident in a fast-paced environment, with a collaborative and commercially focused approach
